This site is my personal portfolio. I process personal data as a natural person in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

💬Chat with Mini-Angelika

There is a chatbot on this site that answers on my behalf. When you use it, I process:

• Conversation content – the messages you write and the bot's replies. They are stored so that I can read the conversation and, if appropriate, join it live and answer you personally.
• Contact details – email or phone, only if you voluntarily leave them in the chat. I use them solely to get back to you.
• Technical session identifier – a random code that holds the conversation together. It is not linked to your identity and expires when you close the page.
• Automatic summary – once the conversation ends, AI generates a short summary, which is emailed to me and stored with the conversation.

Legal basis: by starting a conversation and leaving your contact details you consent to processing for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Protecting the chat against misuse (message limits, the option to block a conversation) is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention period: I keep conversations and contact details for no longer than 12 months from the last message, after which I delete them. I will delete them sooner on request.

Please do not write sensitive data in the chat (for example health information, national identification numbers or payment card details).

🔧Who processes the data technically

The site and the chat run on the services of the following providers, which process data on my instructions as processors:

• Vercel Inc. – hosting for the site and the chat's server functions (standard technical access logs, e.g. IP address).
• Supabase Inc. – the database in which conversations and contact details are stored.
• OpenRouter Inc. – access to the language model (Google Gemini) that generates the bot's replies. Chat messages are sent to it for processing; they are not used to train the model.
• Resend Inc. – sending email notifications to me (new conversation, request for a real person, contact details left, summary).

These providers may also process data in the USA. Such transfers are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses, or by the provider's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

🍪Cookies and traffic measurement

This site does not use cookies or any other identifiers stored in your browser, and it does not use third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics and the like). Fonts are loaded directly from this site, not from Google's servers. That is why you will not find a cookie banner here – none is needed.

I do record use of the interactive demos on the site (for example a click in the CRM demo or opening the chat) in my own database, so that I know which demos visitors find interesting. Only the event name, the time and a random session identifier are recorded, and that identifier expires when you close the page. No cookies, no IP address and no identification of a person – this is not personal data.

⚖️Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• request access to the data I hold about you, and a copy of it,
• request rectification or erasure of the data (including the entire chat conversation),
• request restriction of processing or object to it,
• withdraw your consent – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
