This site is my personal portfolio. I process personal data as a natural person in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

💬Chat with Mini-Angelika

There is a chatbot on this site that answers on my behalf. When you use it, I process:

• Conversation content – the messages you write and the bot's replies. They are stored so that I can read the conversation and, if appropriate, join it live and answer you personally.
• Contact details – email or phone, only if you voluntarily leave them in the chat. I use them solely to get back to you.
• Technical session identifier – a random code that holds the conversation together. It is not linked to your identity and expires when you close the page.
• Automatic summary – once the conversation ends, AI generates a short summary, which is emailed to me and stored with the conversation.

Legal basis: by starting a conversation and leaving your contact details you consent to processing for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Protecting the chat against misuse (message limits, the option to block a conversation) is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention period: I keep conversations and contact details for no longer than 12 months from the last message, after which I delete them. I will delete them sooner on request.

Please do not write sensitive data in the chat (for example health information, national identification numbers or payment card details).

🎯AI job-fit analysis

On this site you can paste the text of a job advert and AI will compare it with the information about me. When you use it, I process:

• The text of the advert – which you paste into the form. Please do not enter confidential internal information or personal data of third parties.
• Optional details – the job title, type of employment and minimum compensation, if you fill them in. Only I can see the minimum compensation – it is not shown in the result, not emailed to you and not sent to the AI model.
• Email address – only if you request the result by email. I use it to send the analysis and, if needed, to reply; for no other purpose.
• The analysis result – the score, summary and breakdown of requirements that the AI generates.
• Misuse protection – the number of analyses from one IP address is counted using a salted hash of it; the IP address itself is not stored in the database.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. Protecting the feature against misuse (limits on the number of analyses) is my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention period: I keep all of this data for 1 month from the creation of the analysis, after which it is deleted automatically. I will delete it sooner on request.

AI and automated processing: the analysis is produced by a language model. It is an informative comparison, not a decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you (Art. 22 GDPR), and it is not a binding assessment.

In addition, I receive a notification (email and an in-app notification) about each analysis – with the job title, score and summary – and I can see the data in a password-protected dashboard.

🔧Who processes the data technically

The site and the chat run on the services of the following providers, which process data on my instructions as processors:

• Vercel Inc. – hosting for the site and the chat's server functions (standard technical access logs, e.g. IP address).
• Supabase Inc. – the database in which conversations, contact details and job-fit analyses are stored.
• OpenRouter Inc. – access to the language model (Google Gemini) that generates the bot's replies. Chat messages and the text of the advert from the job-fit analysis are sent to it for processing; they are not used to train the model.
• Resend Inc. – sending email notifications to me (new conversation, request for a real person, contact details left, summary, new job-fit analysis) and the email with the analysis result to your address, if you request it.
• Google LLC – booking a conversation slot through Google Calendar. If you book a slot using the "Book a conversation" link, Google processes the data you enter there (name, email, optionally the job title) and makes it available to me in my calendar. I will use it only to arrange and hold the conversation; I will delete the booking on request. Google's own privacy policy applies on the booking page.

These providers may also process data in the USA. Such transfers are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses, or by the provider's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

🍪Cookies and traffic measurement

This site does not use cookies or any other identifiers stored in your browser, and it does not use third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics and the like). Fonts are loaded directly from this site, not from Google's servers. That is why you will not find a cookie banner here – none is needed.

I do record use of the interactive demos on the site (for example a click in the CRM demo or opening the chat) in my own database, so that I know which demos visitors find interesting. Only the event name, the time and a random session identifier are recorded, and that identifier expires when you close the page. No cookies, no IP address and no identification of a person – this is not personal data.

⚖️Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• request access to the data I hold about you, and a copy of it,
• request rectification or erasure of the data (including the entire chat conversation),
• request restriction of processing or object to it,
• withdraw your consent – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
